Located inside the elegant The Garden City Hotel, Rein is the place to go to enjoy the cooking of chef Steven De Bruyn. Appetizers may include a parsnip velouté scented with lemon grass and ginger and served with shrimp, while entrées might range from herb-roasted free-range chicken breast to beef bourguignon. In addition to the main mealtimes, the afternoon tea is very pleasant, with a wide selection of teas on offer and an assortment of tea sandwiches, fresh scones with cream and miniature pastries.
