With so many younger siblings clamoring for attention, you’d think that the oldest child would feel, well, a little neglected. Not so at Aureole, which came to life in 1988. Even though Charlie Palmer has grown his résumé to ten locations spanning from California to D.C.—including his two Charlie Palmer Steak locations, one in D.C. and one in Las Vegas, plus he consults on cruise menus—this New York mainstay continues to woo and wow us with its modern and elegant food under executive chef Dante Boccuzzi.
