We’re happy to report that the “Daniel experience” is as satisfying and as luxurious as ever. Even with a recent expansion in Las Vegas with Daniel Boulud Brasserie, Boulud shows no signs of letting his scepter slip in his role as lord of the manor of this Venetian palace. He rules with a mélange of “informed hominess and truffle-steeped excess.”
