Riingo offers all-day dining in The Alex hotel. Breakfast dishes include a Serrano ham Benedict, french toast with banana pecan caramel and house-made granola. Chef Jimmy Lappalainen’s New American cuisine ranges from appetizers like beer-braised short ribs with apple purée and hearts of palm to entrées such as slow-baked cod with creamed spinach and piquillo peppers and the double-cut pork chop. Finish with the warm chocolate cake or a lemon tart with fresh berries and honey ice cream.
