RingSide Fish House does for seafood what Ringside Steak House does for red meat. As it adjoins the Fox Tower Theater, pre- or post-movie dining patrons head here for sustenance before or after a show, especially to take advantage of the early and late happy hours. Highlights include a raw bar and a wide selection of fresh fish --- trout, salmon, swordfish, ahi, rockfish --- prepared in imaginative ways that still let the essential flavor of the fresh seafood shine through. Steadfast carnivores may order prime rib or Wagyu filet, and there are several vegetarian choices as well. Homemade donuts are available for dessert. A 600-bottle wine list attracts wine connoisseurs.
