At this cowboy establishment, many items are made in the wood-fired oven, and all dishes are made to order. Start your meal off with a kick by ordering Jack Daniel's whisky chili or the Fire-roasted tortilla soup. After that, be sure that you do not miss either the cornmeal-crusted pork chops or the barbecue cedar-plank-roasted salmon. All the dishes will definitely leave you wanting to triumphantly yell out Yee-haw!
