Jacques Cagna reprises the bistro formula he successfully inaugurated at La Rôtisserie d’en Face (sixth arrondissement). From a reasonably-priced menu you can choose from a wide array of starters and desserts as well as a main course of spit-roasted poultry or meat. Some recent creations include a fried goose egg napped with oyster sauce, a coriander-spiked rock lobster turnover abed Greek-style veggies, and pork ribs enhanced with chutney and passion fruit. Interesting cellar.
