Rouge Tomate Restaurant Review:
Rouge Tomate's new incarnation has opened in Chelsea (the Upper East Side location of the veggie-centric restaurant closed in 2014). Chef Andy Bennett and master sommelier Pascaline Lepeltier's establishment will still highlight veggies with dishes like cauliflower with buckwheat and pistachio, and feature 1,600 bottles of wine.
