You cant help but notice the tanks full of live crab, lobster, shrimp, clams and seasonal fish when you enter Sam Woo. The seafood you order cant get much fresher. Chef Joachim Splichal (of Patina and several Pinot restaurants) takes his family here for Chinese seafood---particularly the crab and shrimp dishes---on Sunday nights. Need we say more?
