San Laurel Restaurant Review:
The Conrad Los Angeles hotel in DTLA is home to two restaurant concepts from ThinkFoodGroup, from chef José Andrés (GAYOT’s 2017 Best Restaurateur). San Laurel is located just off the 10th-floor arrival lobby. Guests can enjoy modern Spanish fare with local farmers’ market ingredients. Highlights include crab croquetas; grilled romaine with Parmesan espuma; and veal osso bucco for two. Agua Viva is a poolside restaurant with “beach club vibes,” cocktails and a menu highlighting Latin and Asian flavors.
