THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Sapristi! Bistro & Wine Bar Restaurant Review:
This quintessential neighborhood restaurant also happens to be one of the best places anywhere in town for a memorable dinner and a topnotch brunch. Owner-chef Carlos Cavazos offers a different variety of mussels daily, served with a side of frites, and his delectable little pizzas, chile-rich posole, tapas and cheese plates can be paired with any of 50 boutique wines, served by the glass. Sunday brunch is a two-course affair, with roasted duck eggs topped with poached eggs and German apple pancakes among the unexpected pleasures. The intimate bistro setting adorned with bold work by local photographers is well-suited to couples and close friends.
