Owner-chef Carlos Cavazos offers a different variety of mussels daily, served with a side of frites, and his delectable little pizzas, chile-rich posole, tapas and cheese plates can be paired with any of 50 boutique wines, served by the glass. Sunday brunch is a two-course affair, with roasted duck eggs topped with poached eggs and German apple pancakes among the unexpected pleasures.
