Sarabeth’s Restaurant Review:
Sarabeth’s is methodically consistent: every pancake fluffy every time, every sandwich cut and layered just so, the tomato soup always a smooth, liquid success. It is a perfectionist’s restaurant that many make their regular dining spot because it never disappoints. From breakfast delights like a shrimp and bacon omelet to an open-face tuna sandwich on locally baked bread for lunch, and dinner entrées such as “simply roasted chicken” or a cornmeal-crusted and sautéed shellfish cake, Sarabeth’s is a cozy lap in which to curl up and dine. With its location right on a busy street corner, it’s also just the place to kick back and watch the show that is Key West.
