Southwestern, Asian and French are the unlikely culinary influences that chef John Kinzie has imparted to the menu at The Sierra Room. Set in the heart of downtown Grand Rapids, the restaurant combines innovative flavors in a renovated turn-of-the-century brick warehouse building. Appetizers include grilled wild boar sausage, and roasted asparagus crostini with Asiago and prosciutto. Dinner selections include duck magret with strawberry Riesling sauce and peppercorn-crusted antelope medallions.
