THIS RESTAURANT HAS CHANGED LOCATIONS Sistina Restaurant Review:
In a city that’s packed with Italian restaurants, Sistina is among the standouts. In fact, the sleek and polished space, with its unstained-oak walls is one of the best places for Northern Italian food on the Upper East Side. The Italian waiters are fine, as are dishes like homemade fusilli with broccoli rabe, shrimp and fava beans; pappardelle with tomatoes, veal and wild mushrooms; and a hefty veal chop roasted with wild mushrooms and white wine. Leave room for the homemade gelati. Unfortunately, the mostly Italian wine list is as expensive as the food.
