About the restaurant: Somni, named after the Catalan word for "dream," is a joint fine-dining concept from Spanish celebrity chef José Andrés and his ThinkFoodGroup culinary director, chef Aitor Zabala. The restaurant inhabits the space at SLS Hotel, A Luxury Collection Hotel, Beverly Hills previously held by SAAM at The Bazaar by José Andrés.
