A Colorado outpost of Wolfgang Puck's famed Spago restaurant.

THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Spago Restaurant Review:
For a high-altitude twist on a Los Angeles legend, head out to the swanky community of Bachelor Gulch, where The Ritz-Carlton hosts Wolfgang Puck’s Tony Chi-designed mountain venue. Modern and bright with black-and-white mountain landscape photography and striking cowhide chairs, the restaurant breaks down into three areas: a dining room with a 14-foot-high ceiling, a 34-seat bar and lounge and an exhibition-style kitchen that turns out nightly specials as well as a seasonal contemporary menu. Agnolotti is a staple, whether stuffed with wild mushrooms or a five-cheese blend; so are pan-roasted scallops, served over celery root-apple purée one day and in paella with lobster and chorizo another. On Sunday nights, the chefs have fun with sushi. And sweet treats might include 12-layer flourless chocolate cake or traditional kaiserschmarrn --- though a bottle from the dessert section of the naturally impressive wine list would make for a night to remember.
