This is a charming restaurant with a lengthy menu. Steer a straight course, however, to the shredded roast duck salad, a balance of sweet and hot flavors, then consider the sakooh sai gai, a traditional snack of pearl tapioca wrapped around minced chicken. If it’s available, order some Chinese water spinach (pak boong), any of the curry dishes and a big bowl of duck noodle soup. You’ll have to make this a frequent destination if you ever hope to eat through the menu.
