THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS CLOSED Tangerine was conceived to recapture the feel of the supper clubs that dotted the Strip in the '30s and '40s and has incorporated some of the recipes from those haunts, as well as those of New York supper clubs, into its Continental menu. That menu is overseen by executive chef Bruce Gilroy, the ten-year veteran and original executive chef of Morton's in West Hollywood.
