There are lots of tangy ribs, pulled pork, Texas-style brisket, blackened seafood and good burgers to be had at Tennessee Mountain. Low and slow is the formula for smoker cooking of the dry-rub marinated meats and poultry. Finger-lickin’ good and rustic, naturally.
