Chef Luke Dale-Roberts, formerly of La Colombe, presents creative, eclectic fare at The Old Biscuit Mill, a collection of shops and restaurants in Cape Town. At lunch, à la carte dishes are offered in addition to a five-course tasting menu. Dinner guests decide between the five-course Discovery menu or more extensive Gourmand menu. Expect dishes like "Pork Belly" with parsley pressed apples, wild rosemary infused honey, blue cheese cream and crackling.
