THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Thanh Binh Restaurant Review:
Not withstanding their famous pigs, the Vietnamese are as much beef-eaters as the British, although the favoured Sunday dinner is soup not roast. Here pho bo is all it should be. The large bowl of al dente rice noodles in soup comes with sliced beef, beanshoots, coriander and mint. The beef is sliced thick enough to stay tender and tasty when immersed in the soup. Other dishes are variations of Chinese favourites: spring rolls, king prawn cakes, bean curd and much else. This pleasant owner-run ethnic-eating house is ideally located for shoppers at Camden Lock across the road.
