A yearling northern Italian on a restaurant-rich block can turn up the hospitality volume, thanks to veteran owner Tino Scarpa. A handsome street level room and garden-like room upstairs are well served with appealing risotti, hand-made pasta and a seafood osso bucco (braised monkfish).
