Toasted Gastrobrunch is a concept from Sami Ladeki, owner/founder of Sammy’s Woodfired Pizza. The exclusively all-brunch menu includes innovative breakfast items like “eggs in purgatory” (served in a sourdough bread bowl with shakshuka, mushroom, pork belly, feta, egg, scallions and mint) and duck confit toast (with curry duck confit, sour cherry jam, Granny Smith apples and pistachio); and lunch selections such as a smoked brisket melt, Wagyu beef burger and classic Monte Cristo with smoked turkey, Swiss cheese, jam and powdered sugar. Among specialty drinks are a lavender lemonade mimosa with sparkling wine, lavender cordial and fresh lemon; pisco sours; and blackberry, peach or blood orange Bellinis.
