About the restaurant: Beer is taken seriously at chef Todd English's interpretation of the public urban bar, evidenced by an entire side of the menu devoted to more than 60 craft brews. (Wine, sangria and classic cocktails are also on offer.) The interior is bedecked with accouterments of a modern pub, with a long, curved wood bar and several plasma TVs. Prime seating can be found on the expansive outdoor patio, with a view of the water features across the way at the Aria Resort & Casino entrance.

About the food: Meanwhile, a focal point is The Carvery, a selection of rotisserie-cooked meats and poultry that is matched with four choices of breads and five sauces, allowing guests to create their own sandwiches right at the table. A raw bar offers an array of oysters and shrimp cocktail. We also like the ahi tune poke --- a compilation of Hawaiian blue fin, crispy fried wonton crackers, seaweed salad and Sriracha vinaigrette. Dessert options include sticky toffee pudding. Brunch and Bloody Marys are served Saturday and Sunday until 3 p.m.
