THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Tommy Bahama Laguna Beach Bar & Grill Restaurant Review:

Unlike most Tommy Bahama restaurants where tropical décor reigns, this eatery inside Laguna’s historic Heisler Building offers a more minimal, intimate space for locals, day trippers and tourists to enjoy a leisurely meal. The menu is different, too, although the tropical house-made cocktails are still strong and refreshing. Chef Marcus Lage developed a more casual menu of contemporary American fare for this Tommy Bahama location, featuring ahi tacos, seasonal soups and classic salads, and Pacific Island-inspired fare such as a kalua pork sandwich (lunch only). As for mains, there are gourmet burgers, large entrée salads and seafood dishes (macadamia crusted mahi mahi). For dessert, don’t miss the Key lime pie or piña colada cake. If you came to sit at the bar, order a glass of wine and the cheese plate with classic accoutrements.
