This is a South Philadelphia institution, and no matter how charmingly decrepit it gets, there’s something reassuring in its less-than-glossy ambience. They have an old-fashioned floor show on weekends, but the beer and inexpensive red wine flows all week long. Imagine Rocky and Adrian sharing a huge bowl of mussels, or predictably red-sauced pasta.
