THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS CLOSED Tsunami is a pretty and slick place, very contemporary in every way. You can do the sushi bar, where you'll find all the usual suspects (plus creative maki like the “sumo” with ebi temura, tobiko, spicy mayo and scallion topped with tempura flakes, wasabi mayo and unagi sauce), or the saké lounge (ditto). If you prefer, though, there's another good option: take the teppanyaki or the teriyaki route. On Wednesdays, there is a $30 five-course menu that includes wine pairings.
