Tucked into a strip center, this small place offers a surprising powerhouse of good-tasting and nutritionally sound dishes. Start with a bowl of oats that have soaked overnight in almond milk or an orange-scented buckwheat waffle with cranberry jelly, walnuts and organic maple syrup. The black bean quesadilla includes zucchini, spinach, sweet potato and avocado sauce, and the soups are made daily. Great-tasting coffee and specialty teas, which are steeped at the table, round out your meal. Slow must be the motto, though, as service often is missing, but worth the wait if you have the time.
