Twisted Root Burger Co. Restaurant Review:

When two chefs with high-end backgrounds join forces to open a little burger joint, one might expect miracles. It’s not exactly miraculous, but it’s nice to know that you can get a buffalo burger if you want one. Regular burgers are made with Black Angus beef. Unfortunately, the level of doneness as requested may be misinterpreted, but the beef still has plenty of flavor. Fried macaroni and cheese balls are amusing---nuggets of gooey mac 'n’ cheese deep-fried just right. Sweet-potato chips are disappointing, a bit soggy and rubbery. Milkshakes are available in adult versions with booze or kid-style with lots of fresh whipped cream on top.
