This neighborhood restaurant uses a surprisingly large variety of organic ingredients to produce enjoyable Thai and other Asian dishes. Vanni serves lumpia as well as a delightful seafood salad with mint leaves. Try the numerous vegetarian options or the sliced beef with ginger and black mushrooms. This little restaurant is homey and service could be better, but diners will invariably leave Vanni Innovative Cuisine with a smile.
