The Varsity Norcross Restaurant Review:
The classic Art Deco Varsity look is reprised at this location, which also serves as headquarters for Varsity’s catering department. The menu includes the toasted pimiento cheese sandwiches, hot dogs with house-made chili, onion rings and fried pies. Don't go near the barbecue sandwich, however, as it's likely to give the genre a bad name. The skin-on fried potatoes are hand-cut on the premises. The original location is famous for its drive-in service with carhops, also available at The Varsity Jr. on Lindbergh Drive. Check out the lingo: ask for a bag o' rags to get a bag of potato chips.
