THIS RESTAURANT HAS CHANGED NAMES The Vault Restaurant Review:
If you’ve outgrown Hooters or your neighborhood sports bar, The Vault might just be your next hangout. A former bank has been transformed into this handsome sports-themed restaurant with an outdoor patio. The elevated bar, attractively aglow in amber, is surrounded by large plasma screens---there are 17 in all around the restaurant---showing the big game and-or the business news. With sleek furniture and a sophisticated palette of black, taupe and tan, The Vault is about as upscale as this genre gets---so what about the food? Sure, there are the requisite chicken wings, but you can also order tempura-battered “popcorn” shrimp (much plumper than the name implies), spring rolls, hummus and pizzas. The extensive menu also offers steaks, pastas, seared ahi with sesame-ginger vinaigrette, barbecued ribs, Parmesan-crusted chicken breast, and even sushi. Not everything coming out of the kitchen is an MVP, but portions are generous and dishes are attractively plated.
