THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Viet Foods Restaurant Review:

A real bargain spot, this Vietnamese storefront on Waltham's Main Street draws a wide range of diners. Students from nearby Brandeis mingle with the tech crowd and the occasional suburban couple. The menu is fairly standard: fresh rolls and spring rolls with tangy dipping sauce, plenty of vermicelli noodle dishes and some nice caramel dishes, including caramel salmon. The lemongrass chicken is merely adequate. Viet Foods’ owner is always on hand and works the room with a friendly efficiency.
