Former sommelier Patrice Vidal has assembled a first-rate cellar made up exclusively of growers’ wines, from which he selects a few each week to sell by the glass. The quality of the food does not always live up to that of the wine, unfortunately, and prices are high with no prix-fixe relief in sight.
