Chefs (and brothers) Bryan and Michael Voltaggio teamed up on the aptly named Voltaggio Brothers Steak House at MGM National Harbor in their home state of Maryland. Wood-fired steaks include a 34 oz. porterhouse. You'll also find seafood and vegetarian options, such as a grilled cauliflower steak.
