Wally le Saharien Restaurant Review:

Wally has pitched his tent not far from Pigalle, in a setting accented with carved screens, crimson carpets, and Tuareg-style seating. Topping the list of specialties is his Saharan couscous (no broth, no vegetables), but you can also sample mutton with caramelized skin, pigeon pastilla, and honey cake perfumed with orange-flower water.
