This restaurant has long been known for mixing many cuisines. For the most part, they have succeeded in providing locals and visitors with original creations and dishes from around the world: Mexican, Greek, Thai and Indian---Wappo somehow pulls off the balancing act. The pleasing outdoor dining area is a huge plus and certainly adds to the festive air. The wine list is fine and modestly priced. Wappo exudes true country charm and is a fine stop for the Calistoga-bound.
