In a sea of fancy, overpriced, ski-town "bistros," it's a welcome relief to find a stable, predictable joint with a menu to satisfy all ages and taste buds. And if you can wash it all down with a robust, homemade craft brew, all the better. Locals keep the Brew Pub alive because they know they can count on consistently good food even if the service wanes with the seasons. Start with crispy coconut shrimp with mango-honey Tabasco dipping sauce. Follow it with a bison burger topped with Polygamy porter barbecue sauce and sweet potato fries, or opt for the black pepper-seared elk medallions. Kids won't let you leave without ordering the chocolate lava cake, but make sure you also get the house-made root beer float to quench your thirst.
