The people at the Weber Grill Restaurant really know how to cook food on a grill, and the grills they use---some bigger than a bass drum---add a certain je ne sais quoi charcoal flavor to the food, especially the big, bold, meaty ribs with a decidedly smoky flavor. The barbecue sauce that varnishes the ribs and adds a decided tang to the taste is Weber's own. Very good steaks, too.
