Whispering Canyon Cafe Restaurant Review:

Whispering Canyon is a big, family-style dining room just off the lobby in Disney's Wilderness Lodge. Open for three meals a day, serious carnivores come for the all-you-can-eat barbecue skillet, with smoked pork ribs, pulled pork, oven-roasted chicken and beef brisket. It is tasty, with the meats smoked in the hotel's own smokehouse. Along with the mountain of meat comes mashed potatoes, green beans and corn on the cob. If you don't feel like pigging out, you can get a single order of steak, salmon or sautéed red quinoa cakes. The hearty breakfasts are highly recommended, but only if you're a big eater. The heritage skillet has scrambled eggs, potatoes, bacon, sausage, biscuits and sausage gravy, and waffles. There’s also fresh fruit and granola and an egg white omelet for lighter appetites.
