Literally starting out in a yellow school bus down on the University of Pennsylvania's campus, Le Bus has been feeding the hungry and health-conscious for more than 25 years. Stop in for healthful soups, salads and sandwiches made with freshly baked breads that are so good restaurants around town give a mention to them on their own menus.
