The X Pot Restaurant Review:

This Asian fusion communal dining concept from founders Haibin Yang and David Zhao, known for Chubby Cattle and Xiang Hotpot, offers an immersive hotpot eating experience in which guests select and cook their own ingredients at the table. Options include an abundance of meat, seafood and vegetable selections such as A5 Wagyu and certified Kobe beef is showcased inside a specialty display case, where the beef is aged for at least 100 days before serving. The restaurant features an array of HD 360 projections, thematic soundscapes and interactive light shows that display onto each plate, and high-tech smart-robot technology are utilized to deliver dishes to the table in conjunction with human servers. Menu and service offerings are provided in multiple languages such as Chinese, English and Spanish.
