Native American pottery, a beautiful mural and fresh-cut floral arrangements create a warm, elegant atmosphere at this Sedona treasure. Expansive glass windows offer 180-degree views of Boynton Canyon, which is especially striking at sunset. A generous tasting menu shows off the kitchen’s imaginative take on Southwestern fare. Specialties include pan-seared sea bass with chili-dusted fried oysters, smoked tomatoes and creamed corn in roasted red chili and cilantro aïoli; and cold-smoked, grilled buffalo tenderloin with roasted sweet potato and chorizo hash, braised Swiss chard and red wine jus.
