This place has a waterfront view, but it's just about invisible at night. Fortunately, big flavors are on view, too. Mapping your way through the menu may be a challenge---it's hard to say whether a Smoked Tuna Ina appetizer has much in common with a tropical fruit plate topped with cottage cheese. The dinner menu is a real mix and match: The kitchen pairs a groundnut-vegetable ragoût (peanut stew) with an entrecôte of beef. A restaurant part of the time, Zanzibar turns into a nightclub and entertainment spot after dinner.
