The Calem family has been producing wine along the banks of the Douro River in Portugal since 1859. Over 150 years later, the fifth generation has taken over the family wine business and begun to develop Douro DOC wines. A dark garnet in color, this robust red blend displays aromas of ripe blackberry and dark chocolate.

Suggested Cut: This red blend may be enjoyed to its fullest when accompanied by a smoky, grilled flank steak slightly charred around the edges.
