RED The grapes that go into Caymus' signature Cabernet Sauvignon are sourced from eight of Napa Valley's fifteen sub-appellations. The resulting blend is fruit-forward, with a touch of sweetness, in contrast to the typical Napa Cab, which is drier and more tannic. Flavors of bright red berries, vanilla and spice characterize the 2009 vintage.
