Mer Soleil 2009 Chardonnay

Part of the Wagner Family of Wine, Mer Soleil is named for the sun and sea (especially the fog) that affect growing conditions for the label's Chardonnay. This barrel-fermented bottle from their 2009 vintage boasts a bouquet of lemon, grapefruit and pineapple. In the mouth, it is creamy and full-bodied, revealing vanilla and coconut flavors on the finish.
