This excellent dry rosé is composed of an unusual blend of grapes: 35 per cent Kéfrankos, 30 per cent Merlot, 10 per cent Cabernet Sauvignon, 10 per cent Cabernet Franc, 8 per cent Syrah and 7 per cent Pinot Noir. The resulting wine is well-balanced, featuring fresh strawberry flavors. It would pair well with a variety of foods, from grilled fish to roast chicken.
